These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Dignly website, community features, shopping rebate program, reward points system, referral program, and all related services (collectively the “Service”). By registering an account, browsing, posting content, earning rewards, or accessing our platform, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, and you fully agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and all supplementary rules.

1. Platform Definition
Dignly is an independent third-party shopping community platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or hold inventory for any products displayed on our site. We only provide product discovery, merchant affiliate linking, cashback/reward point incentives, user content sharing, and referral marketing services for partnered online store merchants. All product transactions, shipping, returns, payments, and product liability are solely between you and the corresponding retail merchant.

2. User Account Rules
- You must provide truthful, accurate contact information during registration. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account username and password.
- You agree to safeguard your login credentials; notify us immediately if your account suffers unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion for fraud, reward abuse, spam posting, violation of community rules, or violation of these Terms.
- Multiple fake accounts created to manipulate reward points, referral bonuses, or rebates will be forfeited and banned without prior notice.

3. Community UGC Content Policy (User Generated Content)
When you post reviews, product photos, comments, recommendations, testimonials, or any public content on Dignly’s community:
- You warrant you own full legal rights to all content you publish, and content is not defamatory, infringing, obscene, discriminatory, illegal, or harassing.
- You grant Dignly a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit, reproduce, distribute, and promote your submitted content across our website, social media, and marketing channels for platform operation and promotion purposes.
- We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or hide any public content that violates laws, platform rules, or third-party intellectual property rights.
- You remain legally liable for all statements and opinions you post within our community.

4. Reward & Rebate Program Rules
- Reward points, cashback rebates, referral bonuses are earned only for qualified completed purchases tracked via Dignly affiliate links. Cancelled, returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders will result in deduction or forfeiture of corresponding rewards.
- We define point conversion rates, reward redemption thresholds, expiration schedules, and eligible merchants at our sole discretion, and we may adjust program rules with prior public notice posted on our site.
- Taxes on cash payouts, gift card redemptions, and rewards are your sole personal responsibility per local, state, and federal tax requirements.
- We are not liable for tracking failures caused by ad blockers, browser privacy settings, third-party merchant system errors, or incomplete checkout procedures preventing rebate attribution.

5. Affiliate & Third-Party Merchant Disclaimer
All outbound links redirect to independent third-party retailer websites. Dignly has no control over merchant pricing, inventory, product quality, shipping timelines, payment processing, return policies, or customer service disputes. Any shopping agreement is exclusively between you and the external merchant.

6. Prohibited User Conduct
You may not:
- Exploit bugs, scripts, bots, scraping tools, or automated programs to manipulate rewards, account balances, or referral commissions.
- Post spam, affiliate links, competitor promotions, malicious code, or copyright-infringing material in community areas.
- Use our platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, deceptive marketing, or any unlawful activity.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce Dignly website code, branding, reward program logic for competing commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property
All Dignly trademarks, logos, site design, text, code, program structure, reward system mechanics, and original platform content are exclusive intellectual property of Dignly. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Dignly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, shopping losses, or third-party merchant disputes arising from your use of our Service.
